About Us..

Peter Nicol : Co-founder, Transaction Engineer & our Team rescuer.  Pete takes care of all our handyman needs, renovations & most importantly he takes care of us.  He organises furniture removal & anything else that is needed by us and our happy new home owners.

Caroline Edson: Co-founder, Transaction Engineer & our resident insomniac who drinks all the coffee.  She is the lady that pulls it all together working most times into the early hours of the morning to come up with the best way to keep our sellers happy & get renters off the rental round-about.  In a previous life Caroline was a real estate agent but she has since been forgiven for her walk on the dark side!!!

Broni Bowes:  Marketing Director but mostly referred to as the person creating mess & chaos in the office.  We are still trying to figure out what she does aside from drink ginger beer & play with the team mascots Lily & Jack.  In a previous life Broni ventured into marketing for cars & motorcycles after spending a number of years working in the finance industry as a banker & later a mortgage lender.

Miss Lily & Jack Jack - Our team mascots who often interrupt our workflow to throw the rubber chook & demand belly scratches on the hour.  Be warned if you come to our office to discuss your needs they will expect you to play!
